I am very happy to be writing this post, because it means we’re finally launching our new website! It’s been over a year in the works, and we have poured countless months, days and hours of our lives into making our vision a reality. Mrs. Ferguson and Mrs. Nollmeyer have been very patient and understanding with the long hours from early morning coffees to late-night meetings over cold beer. For their support, we are thankful.
THE IDEA for Arizona Wedding Studio slowly developed after meeting with numerous couples who loved my work, but couldn’t make it fit within their budget. The idea itself, of partnering with other photographers, certainly isn’t new, and had crossed my mind many times over the years. In fact, many different types of businesses have grown in exactly the same way. But I was never comfortable with the idea of entrusting my name and reputation to just anyone claiming to be a photographer. In order to sleep at night I needed to know that I could rely on them to work in a professional manner, produce good images, and be reliable.
THE PARTNERSHIP with long-time colleague, Adam Nollmeyer, opened my eyes to the possibility that we could build a team of not just photographers, but talented individuals who are established professionals, and above all, dependable. In order to attract quality people, WE as a company had to be different. By different I mean, paying our associates more than the going rate, being organized and efficient, and giving them the confidence of working with a solid and well established studio that can weather the storm of a tough economy, and still be here when blue skies return.
THE GOAL of AWS is to make the task of selecting and hiring a wedding photographer easy. There are so many factors to consider when choosing a photographer, not to mention planning an entire wedding. Things to consider are price, quality, style, products, options, and the list goes on. Sure, you can customize every aspect of your photography when only the best will do (this is what f.ferguson photographers is all about), but with AWS, we’ve simplified the process by taking the most popular products and services, and creating one package at an amazingly affordable price.
We have leveraged our 16 years in the business of testing and researching products, such as albums, to give you the best value without the endless array of confusing choices. You shouldn’t have to drive around town spending countless hours meeting photographers because we’ve already done the hard part for you!
